Virtual therapy in New York.
“Everyone tells themselves a story. Choose to tell yourself the story that empowers you and aligns with the life you desire. Don’t let negativity and distorted perceptions shape your narrative. Create a version grounded in optimism and truth, and watch your life transform.”

Growing up, I was always the one my friends came to when life threw them curveballs. I loved helping them see things from a different perspective and encouraging them to think outside the box.
Deciding to become a therapist was a natural next step—it allowed me to combine that empathy with real, evidence-based tools to help people navigate tough times. With 12 years of experience, including seven in private practice, I offer the comfort of a friend while providing the professional support that gets results.
People say I have a way of taking all the random, messy parts of their lives and helping them see the bigger picture. I break things down in a way that makes the impossible feel doable. The stuff that once felt overwhelming or negative? We turn it into part of your growth.
I’m the kind of therapist who listens, gets it, and then helps you figure out what to do next—without judgment or fluff.
